The role will be responsible for all of our EDI development, testing and management activities to ensure a reliable and stable connectivity between big eCommerce platforms and our internal and customer systems. Interacting with customers for requirements gathering, design and implementation of EDI and leverages continuous improvement skills to develop, enhance and stabilize our platform. This consists of tasks such as handling inbound/outbound documents, onboarding of new customers, troubleshooting inquiries, and conducting audits to ensure the EDI program is working effectively.
