JOB DESCRIPTION

What You Need
  • Assess the competitive market for physician recruitment within the assigned geographical area.
  • Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers on effective strategic and tactical recruitment plans designed to meet their business objectives.
  • Work as a collaborative member of the physician recruitment team to assist with the team’s needs.
  • Source candidates utilize tools, such as cold calling, database sources, Internet, social media sources, affiliations, journals, referrals, etc.
  • Develop strong relationships with candidates. Capture and track candidate activity in the CRM database and generate weekly status reports for the recruitment team. Keep detailed notes of all out-reach and follow up with every recruit whether contact is ever made or not.

SKILLS REQUIRED :

  • Should be able to speak fluently in the American accent.
  • 2-4 years of experience in the US recruitment domain, especially healthcare.
  • You must also possess a complete understanding and working knowledge of United States Medical Schools and Residency Programs.
  • Strong understanding of the specialties of Hospitalist Medicine and Emergency Medicine.
  • Must take the initiative to learn on their own time and utilize the tools available to educate themselves on our specialties to have detailed conversations with recruits.
  • Strong understanding of US geography.

  • Should be flexible with additional responsibilities, if needed.
  • Skilled at multi-tasking and the ability to respond appropriately under pressure.
  • Sound judgment and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with team members.
  • The flexibility to work irregular hours when required.

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field of study or experience in Physician Recruiting Sourcing.

He/she should possess the necessary skills to connect with Providers looking for new job opportunities. He/she will need to complete a preliminary provider recruitment screening and verify that the candidate has the experience, skills, and qualifications for job openings. You will also be responsible for the submission process and procedures to present candidates to clients once a provider has been vetted and cleared for submission.
