What You Need
  • Prospect for new clients through research, cold calling, training, collaboration, with colleagues, and attending internal sales meetings
  • Prepare and run professional meetings/presentations informing the client of our services
  • Identify decision-makers amongst the targeted leads to initiate the sales process
  • Increase sales by generating and developing new clients
  • Research the market for new customers and sales strategies
  • Determine a strategic approach for accounts and work within the team to meet the needs of our customer


  • 5+ years of direct work experience in a B2B sales capacity
  • Good communication skills with proficiency in English language
  • Service-oriented B2B sales experience is highly desired
  • Experience in selling to Industrial clients is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to convert prospects to new clients
  • Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-visit planning, call control, account development, and time and territory management
  • Ability to recover lost accounts and act as a reliable client manager
  • Proficient level computer skills including MS Office, CRM experience, and video social platform experience


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred...MBA will be a plus.
