What You Need
  • Social Media Specialist will be responsible for creating and administering content on all social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, to build an audience and ensure customer engagement. The Specialist may also monitor site metrics, respond to reader comments, and oversee creative design.


  • Previous experience in a similar role 
  • Must have a creative flair and an understanding of what makes content sharable and should be demonstrating these qualities with social media skills list
  • Efficiency & top-notch organization skills
  • Creative and analytical thinking skill set
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Prior Experience in Digital marketing
  • Should be good at making connection
  • Agility skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in American English


  • Should be flexible with additional responsibilities, if needed

  • The flexibility to work irregular hours when required


  • Bachelor's / master’s degree in internet marketing or journalism, business, public relations and communications or any other related field.

    Syndicate content from Content and Staffing to organization’s social media channels

    Actively build LinkedIn networks for recruiters

    Take organization’s social media presence to other channels such as Telegram and YouTube

    Interact with organization’s social media fans/followers to answer their question and run promotions

    Identify and recruit micro-influencers to advocate for medtigo

    planning, implementing, and monitoring the organization’s social media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and increase sales

    Keep up to date with any social media trends

    Planning of marketing strategies to help drive traffic and engagement

    Demonstrated reliability, able to “close the loop” and complete requests in timely manner, including returning all contacts (calls and emails) within 24 hours, preferably by end of same business day

    Performs other duties assigned as required or requested
