• Architect reusable Power BI datasets to enable powerful and maintainable Power BI analytics and visualization
• Building interactive and user-friendly enterprise-grade dashboards and reports, data models, and datasets
• Create quick prototypes and user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas with stakeholder groups, if needed
• Focus on standardization, developing and sharing standard design and development where possible

SKILLS REQUIRED :

• Extensive demonstrated experience (2+ years) with Power BI and Power Automate and mastery of Power Query, DAX and M (beyond just SSRS to Power BI transformations, in actual enterprise grade analytics and visualization)
• Strong familiarity with Power Apps, Power Virtual Agents, Teams, SharePoint
• Conceptual knowledge of the extended functionalities enabled by Power BI Embedded, the suite of Power BI REST API endpoints, Azure B2B and Power BI Premium Capacity
• Experience with MS SQL server
• Experience with any CRM systems such as Dynamics CRM, Salesforce, Quickbase etc preferred
• Experience with any ERP systems such as SAP is a huge plus
• Demonstrated time and project management skills – experience with any existing tools to do this effectively is preferred
• Well-developed critical and analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and experience working with large datasets
• Ability to communicate in a clear, friendly, professional, and proactive manner
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining perspective and respect for others
• Technologically savvy and able to demonstrate competence in a variety of technological platforms and processes

PREFERRED SKILLS :

• We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic candidate skilled in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, Power Apps, Power Automate, with primary focus on Power BI).
• The ideal candidate will have experience designing, developing and standardizing Microsoft Power Platform reports and applications to support analytics reporting, application development, and workflow management for InsightsHIGH
• This person must have clear communication skills (both verbal and written), highly collaborative, and ready to step up to learn and deliver on new and exciting solutions.
• We are looking for someone with at least two years of demonstrable experience in Power BI, working in a fast-paced delivery role.
