JOB DESCRIPTION

Lead/Coordinate technical scrum teams to meet objectives & goals
Collaborate with team of IT professionals to set specifications for new applications and properly allocate team resources.
Design creative proof of concepts according to specifications as needed/appropriate.
Develop high quality source code within assigned deadlines.
Perform unit and integration testing before promoting code/solutions.
Develop technical documents and handbooks to accurately represent application design and code.
Troubleshoot and debug applications.
Perform other duties as assigned.

SKILLS REQUIRED :

Computer Skills: JIRA, Microsoft Office, GIT, ASP.NET, Desktop application development with C/C++/C#, PostgreSQL or a similar No-SQL database, Angular, Bootstrap, AJAX/JSON, machine learning using TensorFlow or spark.
Communication: Ability to clearly and effectively communicate in person, in writing and by telephone.
Analytical: Analyses the problem in detail, researches and making accurate decisions or procedures on that basis.
Business Acumen: Understands business decisions and complement by providing long-term solutions.
Conceptual Thinking: Translate concepts and information into images. Demonstrates attention to detail.

QUALIFICATION

5+ years of proven experiance as a software developer ,
3 years of experience in leading a software development team.
Ability to program in C#, ASP.Net, Postgres or similar No-SQL/RDBMS environment.
Understanding of best practices in software design and programming principles.
5 years of relevant experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certified ASP.NET application developer is a plus.
Master's degree is desired.

SUMMARY OF ROLE

The Technical Lead contributes to visualizing product requirements to match latest and innovative technical solutions, provide estimation for solutions, as well as coordinating the efforts of a development team to achieve said goals. Additionally, the individual in this position is expected to contribute to development efforts, where able and appropriate, to assist in deliverables.
